Having worked in the industry for several years, I saw an opportunity to start a new awards agency that would see great people recognised and outstanding behaviours get rewarded. I launched August Recognition in 2015 with this very vision.
Since then, my ever-growing team has supported hundreds of businesses, brands, entrepreneurs and leaders to receive recognition from awarding bodies across multiple industries, and achieved outstanding results in the most prestigious awards such as The King’s Awards for Enterprise.

Who Wins When You Win?
We know how important it is for everyone to be recognised for their achievements, which creates a positive reward cycle, motivating and driving people forward in business and in life, giving them the confidence to achieve more and build a better future for themselves and others.
Aligning with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), our 'Who wins when you win?' initiative supports local projects that make a real difference to the surrounding community. Every time that one of our clients wins an award, we make a donation to a worthy cause that helps to provide facilities and opportunities for local people of all ages.
In addition, we are supporting businesses to flourish through the Help to Grow scheme from Enterprise Nation. I'm offering my services as a volunteer mentor to help small and medium-sized businesses boost their performance, resilience and long-term growth.
